Trinity Bay is 25 miles from the open Gulf of Mexico.

Located in the northern part of the Galveston Bay Complex in Texas

It is mostly known for fall and winter time fishing, but Trinity Bay has become a very popular bay among anglers to fish all year long. With favorable weather conditions and a good tidal movement, novice and experienced anglers can catch a variety of species during any season. Because of many favorable factors, Trinity Bay continues to produce quality and quantity fish for most anglers. The strong suits of this bay have been and always will be wade fishing shorelines with artificial baits or drift fishing the open bay over shell reefs & wells from the boat for speckled trout and red fish. It is also a very good producer of a variety of other species such as flounder, sand trout and gulf trout from late March through the end of November. Capt. Dean Muckleroy grew up fishing Trinity Bay and knows how to catch fish on it! His experience and knowledge of the entire Trinity Bay Complex will allow you to have a exciting and successful day fishing. Now Capt. Dean also fishes the other bays like East Bay, West Bay and the North & South Jetties, but he prefers fishing on Trinity Bay.
